The unrighteous acts of man tear down and the righteous acts of man builds up because of the grace of God.
The fountain gate represents the power of the Holy Ghost in our lives. Pentecost is something that happens to you. It is not a religion but an experience. It is the receiving of the Holy Ghost.
The Holy Ghost was not poured out until after the gospels. This is illustrated in the difference between John the Baptist and Paul when they were each in prison. John the Baptist was in prison prior to the outpouring of the Holy Ghost and so did not have the strength that comes from the Holy Ghost. The difficulty he experienced in prison caused him to doubt that Jesus was the Messiah. Paul was filled with the Holy Ghost so had the strength and comfort to endure prison without wavering in his faith.
James 3:3-7. The world would be a better place if we all left five things unsaid each day. The tongue defiles and is the most unruly member of the body. Therefore, when you receive the fullness of the fountain gate - the Holy Ghost - God takes over your tongue and causes you to speak in a language you do not know.
There are three types of tongues, and it is imperative that you understand this.
1. Tongues as the evidence of receiving the Holy Ghost. Acts 10:46.
2. Tongues as the gift. Ninety percent of people filled with the Holy Ghost do not have the gift of tongues.
3. Tongues as devotion. I Corinthians 14:2. Everyone should pray in tongues every day.
